What is a Maeven Box, and what is inside the boxes each month?
Maeven is the ultimate subscription box for brides. Enjoy a new box each month jam-packed with the newest and trendiest bridal products.
What is the Intro Box, and how does it differ from other subscription companies?
For the first month, everyone receives our exclusive Introductory Box, with everything you need to kick off the planning process. For your second box, you will fall in line with the monthly featured box.
The Introductory Box features our custom Maeven Wedding Planner along with amazing bridal items including a set of stemless champagne flutes, acrylic ring set display box, Love balloon, silver bar necklace, and a set of wedding day vow books.
What are the subscription options?
Maeven boxes are available as a Month-to-Month subscription or in 3, 6 and 9-month pre-paid subscriptions increments. Gift subscriptions are available in Month-to-Month or in 3, 6 or 9-month pre-paid increments. All subscriptions begin with our Introductory Planner Box and align with the monthly progression of boxes in the second month. What are the shipping and billing dates?
All boxes ship within the first two weeks of each month. For month-to-month subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on or around the 27th of the month prior. For all prepaid subscriptions, your card will be charged the full subscription rate at initial purchase.
If you would like to cancel your month-to-month membership, you must do so before the next bill date (the 27th of the month). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.
Will my prepaid 3, 6 or 9 month subscription cancel automatically at the end of the last shipment?
Yes, all prepaid subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of your last shipment. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be refunded.
What are the shipping costs?
All boxes are a flat shipping rate of $6.95 within the United States.
Are your boxes Mrs./Mrs. Friendly?
Need Mrs./Mrs.? We've got you covered. Select the Mrs./Mrs. option at checkout and we will be sure that your boxes reflect that for any Mrs./Mr. items!
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes, Maeven boxes are the ultimate gift for the bride in your life. We offer Month-to-Month subscriptons (maximum of 10 boxes) or prepaid gift subscriptions with a duration of three, six and nine months. All orders start with the Introductory Box, and the remaining boxes will align with the monthly featured box starting with the second month. Maeven boxes are perfect for engagement, bridal shower or bachelorette gifts...or just because!
How do gift subscriptions work?
Gift subscriptions can be shipped directly to the bride in your life. Special messages provided in the checkout for the bride will be sent on a Maeven card with the Introductory Box. Monthly boxes will be sent according to the package that you purchase. For month-to-month subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on or around the 27th of the month prior. For all prepaid subscriptions, your card will be charged the full subscription rate at initial purchase.
What happens when a gift subscription ends?
All gift subscriptions will be automatically cancelled following the purchased 1, 3 or 6-month gift subscription.
I’ve been gifted! What should I do next?
Enjoy the wonderful products provided in the Maeven Bridal Box! If you receive a Month-to-Month or prepaid subscription, boxes will ship to you within the first two weeks of the month while your gift subscription is in effect. If you move during the gift subsciption, please let the person who provided the gift know. They can change the shipping address in their account on our site.
How do I update my payment information on file?
To make any changes to your user profile, including shipping address or credit card information, please login to your account, or contact our customer support team at subscriptions@maevenbox.com.
What are the cancellation policies?
To cancel your membership, please login to your account where you can manage your subscription and billing preferences.
If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point.
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date (the 27th of the month). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
What if my account has insufficient funds when I am rebilled?
If it happens for your Month-to-Month subscription, you will receive an email around the 27th of the month letting you know that the payment didn't go through. You can change your payment account information and have the payment made on the new account. If you have difficulties with this process, please email us at hello@maevenbox.com.
I can’t find my box, what should I do?
If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, the very best thing you should do is call your local Post Office. The large majority of the time they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If you need us to resend your tracking number, please email us at hello@maevenbox.com.
