What is a Maeven Box, and what is inside the boxes each month?

Each month, subscribers receive a beautifully curated box filled with chic wedding accessories, elegant keepsakes, and exclusive wedding planning tools—everything a bride needs to celebrate her journey from "Yes!" to "I do."
In addition to classic bridal favorites, Maeven Box regularly introduces fresh, stylish items like updated apparel, high quality jewelry, custom glassware, and more—always with a focus on elegance and timeless romance.
What products does Maeven Box offer?
Maeven Box offers bridal gift boxes in both subscription plans and individual gift boxes, making it the perfect indulgence for brides-to-be or a thoughtful engagement gift from family and friends.
What are the subscription options?
Maeven boxes are available as a Month-to-Month pay-as-you-go subscription or in 3-month, 6-month and 9-month pre-paid subscriptions increments.
The month-to-month subscriptions are billed monthly and will continue for 10 months or until you cancel your subscription.
The prepaid subscriptions are a one-time payment for a set number of gift boxes.
What is the Signature Box?
For the first month of each Maeven Box subscription, everyone receives our exclusive Signature Box with everything you need to kick off the planning process - our custom Maeven Wedding Planner, a set of stemless champagne flutes, acrylic ring display box, Love balloon, silver bar necklace, and a set of wedding day vow books.
What are the shipping and billing dates?
Your first Maeven Box is shipped within 1-4 days of your order. All boxes after the initial box ship by the 10th of the following month.
For month-to-month subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on the 28th of each month prior to shipping. For all prepaid subscriptions, your card will be charged the full subscription rate at initial purchase.
If you would like to cancel your month-to-month membership, you must do so before the next bill date (the 28th of the month). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.
How long are the month-to-month subscriptions?
You will be billed and sent a new Maeven box on the 28th of each month for 10 months or until you cancel your subscription.
Will my prepaid 3, 6 or 9 month subscription cancel automatically at the end of the last shipment?
Yes, all prepaid subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of your last shipment. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be refunded.
What are the shipping costs?
All boxes are a flat shipping rate of $7.99 within the United States, unless a free shipping promotion is in progress.
Are your boxes Mrs./Mrs. Friendly?

Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes, Maeven boxes are the ultimate gift for the bride-to-be!
How do gift subscriptions work?
Gift subscriptions can be shipped directly to the bride in your life. Special messages provided in the checkout for the bride will be sent on a Maeven card with the Signature Box. For month-to-month subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on the 28th of the month prior. For all prepaid subscriptions, your card will be charged the full subscription rate at initial purchase.
I’ve been gifted! What should I do next?
Enjoy the wonderful products provided in the Maeven Bridal Box! If you receive a Month-to-Month or prepaid subscription, boxes will ship to you within the first two weeks of the month while your gift subscription is in effect. If you move during the gift subsciption, please let the person who provided the gift know. They can change the shipping address in their account on our site.
How do I update my information on file?
To make any changes to your user profile, including changing shipping address or updating credit card information, please login to your account and make the changes there, or contact our customer support team at hello@maevenbox.com.
What are the cancellation policies?
To cancel your membership, please login to your account where you can manage your subscription and billing preferences.
If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point.
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date (the 28th of the month). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
What if my account has insufficient funds when I am rebilled?
If it happens for your Month-to-Month subscription, you will receive an email on the 28th of the month letting you know that the payment didn't go through. You can change your payment account information and have the payment made on the new account. If you have difficulties with this process, please email us at hello@maevenbox.com.
I can’t find my box, what should I do?
If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, the very best thing you should do is call your local Post Office. The large majority of the time they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If you need us to resend your tracking number, please email us at hello@maevenbox.com.
